Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 28, 2026 · Last updated: October 28, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Knockout Games ("Knockout Games", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses and protects information when you play FIST: Broken Honor (the "Game") on iOS or Android devices. By playing the Game, you acknowledge the practices described here.
1. Who we are
Knockout Games is the publisher of FIST: Broken Honor and is responsible for the personal information processed through the Game. Contact: support@knockoutgames.xyz.
2. Information we collect
The Game does not require you to create an account or provide your name, email address or phone number to play.
Information collected automatically
- Device data: device model, operating system and version, language, country/region (derived from device settings or IP address), screen size and Game version.
- Identifiers: an in-game player ID generated by the Game and, where permitted, your device's advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID on Android or Apple IDFA on iOS — on iOS, only if you allow tracking).
- Gameplay data: progress, levels, fights won and lost, settings, session length and in-game events.
- Crash & diagnostic data: crash logs and performance data.
- Network data: IP address and connection type, used for security, fraud prevention and approximate location (country/city level only).
Information you provide
- Support requests: if you contact us, we receive your email address and anything you include in your message.
- Optional sign-in: if you link Google Play Games or Apple Game Center for achievements, leaderboards or cloud saves, we receive your gamer ID and display name from that service.
We do not collect precise GPS location, contacts, photos, or microphone or camera data.
3. How we use information
- To provide and operate the Game, and to save and restore your progress;
- To process and verify in-app purchases and deliver purchased items;
- To show advertising and measure its effectiveness (see Advertising below);
- To analyze gameplay, balance difficulty and improve the Game;
- To diagnose crashes and fix bugs;
- To prevent cheating, fraud and abuse;
- To respond to support requests;
- To comply with legal obligations.
4. Advertising
The Game may display ads, including optional rewarded ads that give in-game benefits. Our advertising partners may use your device's advertising identifier, device data and IP address to show ads and to measure how they perform.
- Personalized ads: where required by law (for example in the EEA, UK and Switzerland), we ask for your consent before showing personalized ads. You can change your choice at any time from the Game's settings.
- iOS: we only access your IDFA if you allow tracking through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. You can change this in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
- Android: you can reset or delete your advertising ID in Settings › Privacy › Ads (or Google › Ads).
If you opt out, you may still see ads, but they will be less relevant to you.
5. In-app purchases
The Game may offer optional in-app purchases. All payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never receive or store your credit card or payment details. We receive only a transaction record (such as the item purchased, the time and a receipt ID) so we can deliver your item and prevent fraud.
6. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only with:
- Service providers for hosting, analytics, crash reporting, advertising and customer support, who process data on our behalf;
- Platform providers (Apple, Google) for distribution, purchases and optional game services;
- Legal & safety recipients, where required by law or to protect rights, property and safety;
- Business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, with this policy continuing to apply.
Under some US state laws, sharing an advertising identifier with ad partners for personalized ads may be considered "sharing" or a "sale". You can opt out as described in Section 11.
7. Third-party services
The Game may use third-party software development kits (SDKs). Each provider has its own privacy policy. Typical services include:
| Purpose | Example providers | Data involved |
|---|---|---|
| Game engine & analytics | Unity | Device data, gameplay events, player ID |
| Analytics & crash reporting | Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics) | Device data, crash logs, app instance ID |
| Advertising | Google AdMob, Unity Ads (or similar) | Advertising ID, device data, IP address |
| Purchases & game services | Apple App Store, Google Play | Transaction records, gamer ID |
8. Legal bases (EEA/UK players)
If you are in the EEA or UK, we rely on: performance of a contract (to provide the Game and purchases), legitimate interests (security, anti-cheat, bug fixing and non-personalized analytics), consent (personalized advertising and any non-essential tracking — withdrawable at any time), and legal obligation.
9. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes in this policy. Gameplay data is kept while you actively play and is deleted or anonymized after 24 months of inactivity, or sooner on request. Transaction records may be kept longer where required for tax and accounting purposes.
10. Children's privacy
FIST: Broken Honor is a fighting game intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child without appropriate consent, we will delete it. Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided us with information can contact support@knockoutgames.xyz.
11. Your rights & choices
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR, UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act and other US state privacy laws), you may have the right to:
- access, correct or delete your personal information;
- receive a portable copy of your information;
- object to or restrict processing;
- withdraw consent at any time;
- opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information and of targeted advertising;
- lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
To exercise these rights, email support@knockoutgames.xyz and include your in-game player ID (found in the Game's settings) so we can locate your data. We will respond within the time required by law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Quick choices: change ad consent in the Game's settings; limit ad tracking in your device settings; or uninstall the Game to stop all further collection.
12. Security & international transfers
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit, to protect your information. No system is completely secure. Our service providers may process data outside your country; where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you in the Game or on this website.
